Grow your own King Oyster mushrooms with our indoor, ready to grow large kit.
Our kits give you all you need to grow and harvest your own crop of King Oyster mushrooms within just two weeks of opening.
Your kit will need to be chilled when you receive it, if you are not intending to grow straight away. You grow kit will be fine out of the fridge for a day or two if gifting or while in transit. Please start to grow within one month.
King Oyster mushrooms are easy to grow. They have a classic mushroom flavour and are brilliantly versatile in all areas of cooking. You can keep your kit in a light and airy spot where you’ll remember to water it once a day and watch it grow. They don’t need to be grown in the dark – kept indoors, in a kitchen is the perfect environment – giving them the right light and temperature to thrive.
We make hand-make all our kits in small batches at our farm in West Sussex, to ensure you receive the freshest ready-to-grow kit with the very best chance of a successful great yield. Order your kit now and we’ll post out your kit on the date listed above.

On occasion, we will post via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked, on these instances you will receive an email from us when your item/s have been shipped.

Use by dates: Your King Oyster Mushroom kit must be opened within 4 weeks from receipt.
Storage: Please keep refrigerated until ready to use. While growing keep in a bright spot but out of direct sunlight and remember to water daily – PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED.
Inside your kit: fully colonized substrate block, full set of growing instruction and growing guidance, outer bag and branded collar. Recycling your kit: All paper and card can be recycled with your standard card recycling. The plastic bag can be cleaned and recycled with your soft plastic recycling. The outer bag and substrate block can be composted or disposed of along with your normal food waste.
