Initially set up for our own mushroom growing desires, we quickly outgrew our first humble and very much makeshift premises in Surrey and relocated to West Sussex where we now grow a variety of fresh gourmet mushrooms.  

Our new farm is at the heart of our business; located on a family run pastoral farm, we supply local business with fresh produce.  Our new location also allows us to host pick your own mushroom experiences, indoor and outdoor mushroom growing workshops and tours of the farm.

Caley Brothers Mushroom Workshops

As the fascination for mushrooms grow and we learn more about how they can help us both environmentally and a physically we find our workshops have become ever so popular amongst curious minds wanting to know more.   

Our hands-on workshops include a brief introduction into the world of mushroom growing; covering topics such as the lift cycle of a mushroom, their importance to our health and the health of our planet, and how you can get growing too.  We then take all your guest through the making process where they make their own supersized mushroom kit and offer growing guidance and care instructions, helping you to get the most out of your kits during and after the growing process.  We then conclude with a Q&A session and if available, a few sweet and savoury mushroom-based edibles that we’ve prepared in advance.
